I’m thrilled to announce the overhauling of the bar(s). We are bringing in more liquors and cocktail ingredients that fit the restaurant’s philosophy. Some of the newest additions include Caledonia Spirit’s Bar Hill Gin and Bar Hill Honey Vodka made in Hardwick, VT and Max Messier’s, aka The Brooklyn Bar Chef, vermouth and other concoctions .
