With a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration firmly in our rear view mirror, we now have the pleasure of looking forward to the winter’s holiday season.

PRINT. will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, offering a warm atmosphere and a special seasonal menu that embraces the spirit of the holidays and the flavors of the winter. Our in-house forager Johanna Kolodny is working closely with Chef Charles Rodriguez and Pastry Chef Geoff Koo to bring you seasonally-sourced menu items such as:

• Maine Lobster salad with apple ginger vinaigrette, uni, pea shoots, radishes. (available Christmas Eve)
• Sea Scallop ceviche, apples, horseradish, osetra caviar, olive oil meyer lemon. (available Christmas Day)
• EcoFriendly Farms Roasted Suckling Pig, smashed fingerling potatoes with sea salt and olive oil, broccoli rabe, rosemary au jus. (available both days)
